invite you to join us at La plesse, our l7thC Longere (farmhouse)
nestling in 3 acres of rolling
countryside, yet only a few minutes away from all facilities and services
and holiday entertainment. The
market towns of Bain de Bretagne and Chateaubriant are close-by
and Rennes the mediaeval Capital of
Rennes is only a 30 minute drive away. Your Irish Hosts, Adrian and Anne
Dalton will give you a warm
welcome and you can either enjoy a relaxing or an action-filled
holiday - depending on your holiday
requirements. There is plenty to do from sailing to swimming; tennis to
football; golf to horse-riding,
motor-sport (we are less than 2 hours from Le Mans, 25 minutes from Loheac
and l hr. from the Venturi
circuit) or you might like to do some Karting or flying. New for this year,
we offer professional Art Classes
and Advanced Driving Classes. Please enquire before- hand about these special
courses. You may, though,
prefer to put up your feet and enjoy a peaceful break in our spacious
garden - with a glass of wine and a
good book to read!
The bedrooms (three doubles - one en-suite and the other two with a
separate private shower room) are well
furnished and comfortable and guests have the use of the Lounge, the garden
with its' barbecue facilities
and safe, off-road parking for their vehicles. The house itself boasts a host of
exposedbeams and
stonework, antiques and tapestries , yet also has all the comforts of modern
living. We are open for Guests
